THE WORK
ʻŌhiʻa lehua is the flower that holds the forest. Erin paints it as a family: bloom, bud, and leaf in one watercolor, contemporary in color, old-school in the making.
He will tell you the job is to communicate Hawaiian culture and history through art. This piece does it without a speech. Red and green on a quiet sky, for a dining room, a living wall, or a room people sit in.
Open edition print on acrylic, metal, or canvas, or the original watercolor. By Erin Sabado | Open Edition.
