We prepare focused selections from artists living and working on Maui, coordinate with the Collective when a commission or adaptation belongs in the brief, and carry presentation, delivery, and installation with the rest of the schedule.

A Smaller Field
Most art platforms are built to show everything. Projects are not.
Design and trade work needs a shorter field: artists whose practices can answer a wall, a palette, a sightline, and a schedule. MFAC is intentionally small. The roster is curated. The conversation stays close to the artist.
You are not dropped into a catalog with a discount code. You are working with a collective that can say what is actually available, what can be commissioned, and what a responsible process looks like from first brief to final wall.

04 Visualization and scale studies
Digital placement studies when a straight-on wall photograph and approximate dimensions are available. Room stills on the site are labeled Visualization.
05 Presentation, delivery, and installation
Framing or presentation options, packing, freight or local delivery, and install planning aligned to your project calendar.
06 Commissions and artist coordination
When an existing work needs adaptation, or a commission is the right path, MFAC coordinates with the artist. We do not promise a process an artist does not use.
Private Project Selections
Some projects need a quieter path than the public collection.
When a brief calls for it, MFAC can prepare private project selections: a focused set of works held for your review in the context of a specific residence, hospitality, or commercial project. Availability, holds, and next steps are handled in conversation with MFAC.
Dedicated Viewing Rooms are in development. Until they ship, ask us about private project selections and we will meet you in the channel that fits the project.

01 Brief
Plans, elevations, wall dimensions, material palette, budget range, timing. Incomplete is fine. Name what you know.
02 Selection
MFAC returns a focused set of works from across the Collective. Short lists. Clear specs.
03 Fit
Scale, presentation, and finish options are clarified against the wall and the room. Digital placement studies when a straight-on wall photograph and approximate dimensions are available.
04 Coordination
If an existing work needs adaptation, or a commission is the right path, MFAC coordinates with the artist.
05 Arrival
Framing or presentation, packing, delivery, and installation are planned with your project calendar.

MFAC supports the designer and architect relationship. We do not replace it.
You remain the primary voice with your client. We supply the art side: accurate availability, artist context, specifications, visualization support, and practical coordination so art enters the project cleanly.
Share as much or as little of the client story as the project requires. We work to the brief you set.

Trade terms may be available depending on the artist, the work, and the project.
Write MFAC with your project information. We will say what is actually possible. Terms are handled in conversation, not as a public menu.
The Collective
Maui Fine Art Collective is an artist-led platform connecting collectors, designers, and hospitality clients with artists living and working on Maui.
Current public roster includes Lance Ehrecke, Erin Sabado, and Paulo Sabado. Future artists join as the Collective is ready to present them completely.
Artwork specifications
Project teams often need a clean one-pager: artist, title, medium, dimensions, presentation options, lead time notes, and installation considerations.
MFAC can prepare project specifications for works under serious consideration. Request them when you begin a trade project. We will confirm what can be issued for that work and artist.
Scale and visualization
Scale is often the decision that matters most.
On eligible works, a compatible mobile device can help you consider approximate scale in the room. For a more considered study, send a straight-on photograph of the wall with approximate dimensions. MFAC can prepare a proportional visualization and help compare sizes, placement, and presentation.
Room stills on the site are labeled Visualization. They are studies, not fabricated installations.
Some works are conceived so that physical scale is part of how they are meant to be experienced. Works at Scale is an MFAC program for those pieces.
Commissions
A commission should begin with the artist, not a configurator.
Tell MFAC what the project needs to solve: a wall that wants a specific presence, a series across rooms, a work that must answer a palette or a view. We help determine which practice fits, whether that artist is accepting commissioned work, and what a responsible process looks like from there.
Every artist works differently. MFAC coordinates at the collective level. We will never promise a process on an artist's behalf that the artist does not use.
On Maui
When you or your client are on island, physical context helps. Independently operated galleries and viewing opportunities connected to MFAC artists are gathered on On Maui.
Artwork and schedules change. Ask us what is possible before you make a special trip.

Do you work with interior designers and architects?
Yes. MFAC can provide artwork sourcing, private project selections, dimensions and specifications, digital placement studies, commissions, and coordination around presentation, delivery, and installation.
Do you offer trade pricing?

Can I see a focused selection for my project without browsing the full public collection?
Yes. Ask about private project selections. Dedicated Viewing Rooms are in development. Until they ship, MFAC prepares focused selections in conversation.
Can MFAC help with scale and placement before we commit?
Yes. Send a straight-on wall photograph and approximate dimensions when you can. Where practical, we prepare a proportional visualization.
Do you take commissions for project walls?
Sometimes. Tell us what the project needs to solve. We determine artist fit and whether that practice is accepting commissioned work.
Is there a public designer discount or partner portal?
No. Trade terms, when they apply, are handled in conversation for the specific artist, work, and project.
